4. Sharing Your Information

- With other users — your public profile (name, bio, skills, portfolio) is visible to employers browsing the platform. Private information (email, phone, ID documents) is never shared with other users.
- With service providers — trusted third parties that help us operate the platform, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (infrastructure), and Resend (email delivery). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
- For legal compliance — when required by law, court order, or government authority, including the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
- Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity under equivalent privacy protections.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. Specifically:
- Active accounts: Data is retained for the full duration your account is in use.
- Deleted accounts: Most personal data is removed within 30 days of account deletion. Certain data may be retained longer where required by law (e.g., transaction records).
